If you need more than 1 ad account
  1. Create a new ad account or bring existing ones into Business Manager.
  2. Bring Pages, apps, Instagram accounts and other assets into Business Manager by claiming or requesting access to them.
  3. Invite the people you want to work with you on these ad accounts to Business Manager. Be sure to assign each person a role on the appropriate ad accounts. Even if they had permission to work on the account before, they'll still need permission through Business Manager.
  4. Add a payment method to each ad account.

Add an ad account if your business will control campaigns and billing for it. Adding an ad account moves it into Business Manager.
Request access to an ad account if your business needs to use it on behalf of another business. For example, you work for an agency, and the ad account belongs to a client. The ad account will still belong to its current owner.
You need a new ad account for your business.

Pages
Claim a Page if your business already owns it, or you need to own it. For example, another company created the Page for you. Claiming a Page moves it into Business Manager.
Request access to a Page if your business needs to use it on behalf of another business. For example, you work for an agency, and you want to run ads on a client's Page. The Page will still belong to its current owner.
Create a new Page if you need one for your business.

People
An admin can add or remove employees, partners and other admins; change business settings; add and be assigned to work on Pages, ad accounts and other assets; and delete the business from Business Manager.
An employee can view business settings and be assigned to work on Pages, ad accounts and other assets.
