Meditation for me is a fundamental part of my day - it's a very practical way to change the way we think, and in changing our thoughts we literally can rewire our brains and change our bodies and our lives. In my experience, short bursts of focused meditation are as effective as longer periods of meditation because of the repeated reinforcement of immersing in a new way of thinking. Catching, releasing and transforming the old subconscious thoughts constantly and consistently several times a day is profoundly powerful in creating lasting transformation. Meditating for just 3 minutes, 3 times a day has changed my entire life - giving me the foundation to heal from suicidal depression, release alcohol and food cravings, easily shed excess weight, transform my relationships, and build a career.
