5X5 MEDITATION Three Times A Day- olgalazin@gmail.com - Gmail

This week's conversation.... - olgalazin@gmail.com - Gmail:

Dear Readers; I would love sharing a little technique I developed called 3x3 Meditation which was the basis of my life's transformation. Meditation for me is a fundamental part of my day - it's a very practical way to change the way we think, and in changing our thoughts we literally can rewire our brains and change our bodies and our lives. In my experience, short bursts of focused meditation are as effective as longer periods of meditation because of the repeated reinforcement of immersing in a new way of thinking. Catching, releasing and transforming the old subconscious thoughts constantly and consistently several times a day is profoundly powerful in creating lasting transformation. Meditating for just 3 minutes, 3 times a day has changed my entire life - giving me the foundation to heal from suicidal depression, release alcohol and food cravings, easily shed excess weight, transform my relationships, and build a career. During our interview I'll be sharing how exactly listeners can start a 3x3 Meditation practice - even if they have a hard time meditating! - and some results I and my clients have had from learning to focus our minds in a powerful way just 3 minutes at a time. I have started doing this 10 years ago.
